You can make this easy skirt in fabrics for every season of the year. It is a simple pull-on skirt with a bias waistband that fits on the hips. The 4 versions include: circle skirt in single or double layer, A-line button skirt, and 10 panel pleated skirt. Belt and belt loops are optional. Includes sizes 4 thru 22.
