Pellon Peltex Stabilizer

Peltex is an ultra firm, smooth and a resilient stabilizer. It's easy to cut with scissors or a rotary cutter and has no grain, allowing it to be cut in any direction. There is a sew in version or a 1-side fusible. The fusible is perfect for any project where you would like the lining to remain free or need more control over positioning your pieces. Use Peltex in place of cardboard or foam core for boxes, cornices, folders & frames. White only, 100% polyester, machine washable and dry cleanable, 22" wide.
