| Hello,I have purchased elastic from you in the past but in smaller quantities. Every time the elastic was neatly wound on a cardboard card. So when I placed a large order for 1000yds, I assumed it would be wound onto several cards or on a spool. Instead, it was in a tangled ball placed in a bag. It has taken me hours to try to get the mess onto a spool.. Not something I expected because the elastic was so neatly packaged in the past. For future customers, I would recommend sending the elastic wound into something as I am still not finished untangling the mess. |
