This elastic is perfect for the legs of panties. It is soft and has good stretch. This package had good measure. I received my 10 yards and about 1/2 yd more. I was very pleased. I only wish that there were the other colors which Home Sew used to sell. I miss the other colors. I have to buy my co!ored elastic from another company.
